• Review technical risk and integration boundaries.
• Maintain validation and build pipelines.

Approval Requirements

• Human approval is required for breaking API changes, folder structure changes and destructive migrations.

Stop Conditions

• Build cannot pass.
• Contract and implementation conflict.
• Required dependency installation is blocked.
